Recycling systems are also important in the precast industry where the goals are different. While the focus in the readymix industry in mainly on the recycling of the residual material, the focus in the precast industry is on the treatment of the excess water.
This water is treated in a way that cleared water is available after the process. The cleared water can be used within the factory or after additional treatment can be led into the public drain.
The accruing sludge can be used in the batch plant to provide a closed loop system. In case there is more sludge generated than used the system can be completed with a filter press.
