ELBA Twin-Shaft Compulsory Mixer Type EMDW Batches ranging from 2,000 to 4,500 litres
In the twin-shaft compulsory mixer, the proven ELBA mixing spiral is even made use of twice. The compulsory mixer features an innovative discharge method enabling almost complete discharge. The patented hole-free tiling allows to replace the tiles much faster than it is the case with individually screwed-down tiles. Due to its compact and space-saving design, the double-shaft compulsory mixer can easily be integrated in already existing mixing systems.
Like the ELBA single-shaft mixers, the twin-shaft mixers of the EMDW series handle: Heavy-, light-weight and normal concretes, cold, warm and hot concretes, polystyrene, expanded clay and foamed concretes, aqueous to earthy slurries in the process technology, bitumenous mixtures, Betonit-clay mixtures.
All ELBA mixers were rated "High-Performance" according to the RILEM Final Report TC 150-ECM. Additionally, they meet all DIN 459 requirements.
Advantages:
-
Handling of grain sizes of up to 180 mm (depending on the mixer size)
