Purse Davits

The new TH Marco SK-230 Purse Davit is the latest revolution in Purse Seining. The new Purse Davit SK-230 design substitutes the classic hanging blocks by fixed reclining blocks with two return blocks in the center of the davit. This way we have larger distance between the side blocks for easier ring releasing operation, keeping perfect alignment of purse wire in perpendicular direction to the purse winch due to the center blocks. This way all efforts are reduced, providing longer life cycle to the cable and the component involved in cable guidance. Besides, due to davit structure, efforts in basement are reduced simplifying its installation and reducing reinforcement requirements. Thanks to the fixed blocks, we get an important improvement of safety and comfort for the ring releasing operator.
